The short version. Daybrick collects what it needs to run the app for you, keeps it protected, never sells it, and gives you an export and a delete button that genuinely work.

Who is collecting. Inner Life Awakening Pty Ltd (ABN 90 650 080 676), trading as Daybrick, support@daybrick.app.

What we collect. Account information: your email, name and password credentials. Profile information you give us: your goal, niche, experience stage and country. Your working data: tasks, streaks, wins, saved scripts, notes, and the contact records you choose to keep about other people. Content you submit to the AI tools: messages to the mentor, tool inputs, uploaded screenshots and voice transcripts. Usage and technical data: app events, device and browser information, and an attribution reference if you arrived through someone's shared link. Payment data is handled by our payment providers; Daybrick never sees or stores your card numbers.

Details left through a member's capture link. When someone submits their name and email through a member's capture link, those details are stored solely in that member's contact list and are never used by Daybrick for its own marketing or shared with anyone else. A phone number, when the person chooses to provide one, is stored the same way, solely in that member's contact list. When that member chooses to send you something through Daybrick, we deliver that single message on their behalf, and you can stop any future messages with one reply.

About the contacts you store. Daybrick lets you keep notes about people in your life. That information belongs to your relationship with them: we store it only to show it back to you, we never contact those people, never enrich or match their details, and never use them for anything except providing the app to you. You are responsible for holding and using that information respectfully and lawfully.

How AI processing works. When you use the mentor or a tool, the content you submit, along with relevant profile context, is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the response, and to our infrastructure providers to deliver it. We use commercial API services whose terms do not permit them to train their models on your content. Screenshots and voice transcripts are processed to produce your result and are not used for anything else.

Where data lives. Your data is stored with our hosting providers (Supabase infrastructure) and processed by service providers that may be located overseas, including in the United States, which means some processing happens outside Australia. We choose reputable providers with strong security practices.

Marketing and pixels. We only send you marketing email if you opt in, and every email has an unsubscribe that works. Advertising measurement pixels are used on public pages only, as described in the next section.

Pixels and cookies. On public pages, meaning a member's capture page and listen page, we load the Meta pixel. Two pixels may run there: our own, and the pixel belonging to the member whose page you are on, if they have added one. They record that a page was viewed. We use this to understand how many people visit these pages and to build advertising audiences for later advertising. Nothing about your answers, your messages or your contact details is sent to Meta by these pixels, and no pixel runs anywhere inside the member app. Visitors in Europe and the United Kingdom are asked first: a short bar appears at the foot of the page and nothing loads until you choose Accept. Choosing No thanks means nothing ever loads, and your choice is remembered on that browser. You can also decline or remove these cookies through your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep things. For as long as you have an account. Export my data in the app gives you everything as a file. Delete my account removes your profile, contacts, content and activity; transaction records are kept in de-identified form only where the law requires financial records to be retained.

Security. Encryption in transit, access controls that restrict every record to its owner, and payment handling left to the professionals who are certified for it.

Your rights. You can access, correct, export and delete your information, mostly directly in the app, and always by asking us. If you believe we have mishandled your information, contact support@daybrick.app and we will engage genuinely; if you are unsatisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
