Terms of Service

Who we are. Daybrick is operated by Inner Life Awakening Pty Ltd (ABN 90 650 080 676), an Australian company. When these terms say we, us or Daybrick, that is who they mean. When they say you, they mean the person holding the account.

The service. Daybrick is a daily companion app for people building relationship-based businesses. It provides daily task tracking, a contact tracker, learning content, and AI-powered coaching and writing tools. It is a productivity and education tool. It is not a business opportunity, an income programme, financial advice, legal advice, or professional counselling of any kind.

Age. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. By creating one, you confirm that you are.

Your account. One account per person, kept to yourself: you are responsible for what happens under your login. Give us accurate details and keep them current. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with credits handled as described in the Credits and Refunds policy.

AI content, said plainly. The mentor and the writing tools generate content using artificial intelligence. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation, and it is provided for you to review and edit, not to follow blindly. You are responsible for everything you choose to send, post or publish, including making sure it is true, lawful in your country, compliant with marketing and anti-spam laws, and allowed by the rules of any company whose products you represent. Daybrick's tools are built to avoid income claims and health claims, and you agree not to attempt to use the service to create them.

No income promises. Daybrick makes no promises, projections or implications about money you may earn in any business, and nothing in the app is a representation about earnings. Results in any business depend on many factors outside our knowledge or control.

Acceptable use. Do not use Daybrick to harass, deceive, spam or exploit anyone; do not use it for anything unlawful; do not attempt to breach, probe or overload our systems; do not scrape, resell or reverse engineer the service; do not upload content you have no right to upload. The contact details and notes you store about other people must be information you hold legitimately, and you are responsible for using it respectfully and lawfully. Names that impersonate a person or brand, mislead, or breach these acceptable use rules may be reclaimed, with the purchase refunded.

Your content and ours. You own what you type into Daybrick and what the tools generate for you, and you can use those outputs freely in your own business. We own the app, its design, its content library and its brand. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process your content purely to provide the service to you.

Availability and changes. We work to keep Daybrick available and improving, and we may change, add or remove features over time. Where a change materially reduces something you have paid for, the Credits and Refunds policy applies. We may update these terms; if we make material changes we will tell you in the app or by email, and continuing to use Daybrick after that means you accept the updated terms.

Consumer rights. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Where the law allows us to limit liability, our total liability is limited, at our choice, to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of resupply, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or business results.

Ending things. You can close your account at any time in the app, which deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

The boring but important bits. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and disputes belong to the courts there. If part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still stands. Questions to support@daybrick.app.
